ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
 
We will gladly cancel or change orders placed with us by phone or online up to one day prior to the scheduled delivery*. Cancellations made up to one day prior to scheduled delivery qualify for FULL REFUND. We are unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or presently en route for delivery. 
* excluding wedding and funeral orders

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
 
When ordering catalogue items, it is sometimes necessary to substitute flowers. In an effort to maintain the appearance and style of the arrangement, the following guidelines are followed:
Great effort is made to maintain style and colour scheme.
When specific flowers are requested, flower type takes priority over colour.  
 
Ordering Queries

Can I order over the telephone?
You are welcome to place your order and give us payment instructions over the phone. Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm (Pacific time) Monday to Saturday (excluding statutory holidays).
 
Can I order in advance?
You are welcome to order in advance. Most of our customers order at least two days prior to the delivery date. This gives everybody involved in the order process time to check and confirm the details, resolve any problems, order in all the necessary flowers, plants or gift items and organise the delivery schedule. This becomes especially important during busy peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, when the volume of work increases.
 
What is the difference between the sizes Regular, Delux and Premium for flowers, plants and gourmet baskets?
We are offering you a choice of prices for each product. This allows you to choose a style and size of design to suit your budget. Regular is the minimum price for the product. The increasing value of the order allows the use of more and higher value flowers and the Premium size will be the luxury version of the product shown.
 
What if I do not know the Post Code / Zip Code for the delivery address?
It’s not necessary to provide us with a postal code for local deliveries. Just print x0x 0x0 into a postal code box. We prefer to have postal codes for deliveries out of town, for US and International orders, but if you don’t have it, we will process your order anyway.

What if I like a certain arrangement but I’d like another colour?
Just make a note for our designers in the special instructions section of your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your specific request.
