DELIVERIES
Our store is conveniently located for easy deliveries to Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and Surrey.
Guaranteed same day delivery if order placed by 1 p.m.. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
A local delivery fee of $8.50 will be added to every order. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and statutory holidays. Deliveries requested on these day will be delivered the following business day.
We will do everything possible to accommodate a delivery time you have requested, such as a morning or afternoon delivery. Our regular deliveries are completed within a time frame of a few hours. We can not guarantee an exact time of delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries that result from a problem with the address you provide at the time of order placement or from the fact that the recipient no longer lives at the address provided.
Delivery to an office
All Deliveries to offices are completed by 4 p.m.
Delivery to a house
Please let us know if you want us to call the recipient prior to delivery. In case the recipient is not home we’ll place the flowers in a safe area by the house and leave a message on an answering machine letting the recipient know where and when we left the flowers.
Delivery to an apartment
Flowers delivered to apartments can not be left at the door. We are not delivering flowers to apartments unless we are sure that the recipient is going to be home to accept the delivery. When you are placing an order for delivery to an apartment please make sure you’ve provided us with the correct address and phone number of the recipient, alternative phone numbers would be very helpful.
Deliveries to funerals
Funeral orders are usually time-sensitive ones. We always contact funeral homes to make sure we have the right service time and date. In case there is a viewing prior to the service we will contact you and make sure you want your flowers to be at the funeral home or the church earlier.
